Returns, exchanges and refunds
If a product is defective, including a fault or damage present from the outset or caused during delivery, we will accept a return or exchange at your request only if you return the product within 10 days of receiving it. We will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns for reasons other than a product defect are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused and is returned within 10 days of receipt. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than a product defect. For such returns, we will refund the amount you paid us, excluding the shipping charge, without interest.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after the return period has expired. Please inspect your product promptly after delivery.
