Accounts

Formation of a Sales Contract
An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase products sold by the Company.

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations for personal reasons after a sales contract has been formed. Returns after receipt of products are subject to the “Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds” section of these Terms.

If an order is canceled after payment has been completed, we will generally process the refund through the payment method you used.

Prices for sales within Japan include consumption tax. For overseas sales, prices apply according to the destination country or region and the pricing and payment conditions displayed on the Website.
Shipping
We ship products within Japan and internationally.
However, certain products or destination countries or regions may not be eligible for shipping due to laws and regulations, export or import restrictions, shipping conditions, or other reasons.
As a general rule, we use Sagawa Express for domestic shipments and DHL Express for international shipments. However, we may use other shipping methods depending on the product, destination country or region, or other circumstances.
Domestic shipping fees vary depending on the order, the quantity, weight and dimensions of the products, and the destination. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Please check it carefully.

Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, other taxes, and customs clearance fees (collectively, “Import Charges”) may apply. Import Charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
In-stock products will generally be dispatched within five business days after we confirm your order and payment. Out-of-stock products will be dispatched once they become available.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region and shipping conditions.
If we are unable to supply a product due to a stock shortage, unavailability, or other reasons, we may cancel your order after notifying you.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If a product is defective, malfunctioning, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us, preferably within 10 days of receiving the product. We will discuss your preferences and arrange a return or exchange accordingly. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns for personal reasons are accepted only for unopened and unused products, provided that you contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept exchanges for personal reasons.
Please contact us before returning any product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and the applicable return shipping deadline. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If you return a product due to a defect, malfunction, damage, or incorrect delivery, we will refund the product price and the original shipping charges paid to us. For returns for personal reasons, we will refund only the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No interest will be paid on refunds.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable laws regarding defective or non-conforming products or other statutory consumer rights.
Please inspect your product promptly upon delivery.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties
For products supplied with a manufacturer warranty, the warranty conditions stated in the warranty document accompanying the product or on the relevant product page apply.
Warranty coverage, warranty periods, and conditions for repairs, replacements, and other services vary by product. Please check the warranty details for each product.
If a product with a manufacturer warranty valid only in Japan is shipped overseas, it may not be covered by that warranty.
Use of Products Outside Japan
If you purchase or use products outside Japan, please check the applicable laws, regulations, and other conditions in the destination country or region or the country or region of use. You are responsible for purchasing and using the products in accordance with those requirements.
Unless expressly guaranteed by the Company, we do not guarantee that products may be lawfully imported, purchased, or used in every country or region outside Japan.
