Product Features

This soap is made using a cold process method without applying heat, blending natural plant oils※1 such as rice bran oil and olive oil with beautifying ingredients derived from Japanese rose※2. This method retains the natural moisturizing ingredient glycerin, and each bar is carefully handmade. It also contains natural clay※3, making it suitable not only for facial cleansing but for use on the entire body.

※3 Kaolin (cleansing ingredient)

95% naturally derived ingredients

Since synthetic coloring, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil, parabens, etc. are not used in the production process, "rosa rugosa" products can be used with confidence by children as well as adult women.


About Hamanasu

Made from Hamanasu essence and aromatic distilled water as principal ingredients. Hamanasu is a shrub rose native of Japan which also called Japanese rose or Rosa rugosa and grows mainly in Hokkaido. Besides vitamin C and tannin, it contains a high amount of antioxidants that make collagen synthesis smoother and prevent deposition of melanin pigment that causes spots and freckles.

Hamanasu used in "rosa rugosa" is cultivated and harvested in Machinaka Farm in Urahoro, Hokkaido.
